Information on the processing of personal data

Scope

What is illustrated in this Privacy Notice applies to the processing of data that are collected and generated through this site also by sending contact requests or emails, through the functions present therein, as well as to any application, service or tool (collectively "Services") in which reference is made to the Privacy Policy, regardless of the methods of access and use, for example, via mobile devices.

We invite you to read this information and consult it periodically as the rules in force to protect the confidentiality of personal data are subject to changes over time, also as a function of legislative changes and regulations on the subject.

When you use our services, you agree that we collect some of your personal data.

No personal data generated or provided by the web service is disseminated or communicated to unauthorized subjects, obviously subject to public interest requirements and upon request from public authorities.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

By sending an email or a contact request, the Ing. Di Lupo technical office acquires the data that the interested party spontaneously provides in addition to the email address, name and surname. These data are processed for the sole purpose of relations with customers or potential customers and fulfillment of requests. Once the purpose of service and relationship is exhausted.

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is indicated in art. 6 letter b) GDPR and does not require explicit and separate consent.

Data generated by accessing the site

The software procedures and computer systems used to operate this site acquire some technical data whose transmission is tacit in the Internet communication protocols. By way of example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of such data is the need to make the site's functions usable following user access.

Optional nature of providing data

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide their personal data to request the sending of informative material. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the information requested or to evaluate the applications submitted.

How and for how long will your data be stored?

The data collected will be processed using electronic or in any case automated, IT and telematic tools, or through manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same. The data is kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the purposes for which the data are collected and in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations. At the bottom of each type of data referred to above, the retention times have already been indicated.

The data is not transmitted outside the EU.

Rights of interested parties

The user / customer may exercise the rights provided for by the Privacy Law, including those of (i) obtaining confirmation from the owner of the existence of their personal data, (ii) having knowledge of the origin of the data as well as of the logic and purposes of the processing, (iii) obtain the identification details of the owner and managers, (iv) know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State , of managers or agents, (v) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, if there is interest, integration of data and ( vi) oppose the processing in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons. Can the privacy policy change over time?

This information may be subject to changes. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by the Owner, the latter will notify the user by publishing them with the utmost evidence on their pages or through alternative or similar means.

Cookies

No personal user data is acquired by the site through the use of cookies. These files are saved in the user's computer memory to facilitate subsequent accesses to our website. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature. Local storage and session storage are also used (they are data storage systems on the user's device other than cookies) in order to memorize the user's choices.

Persistent third-party cookies are used, or systems for tracking users, only with the user's consent in order to generate relevant advertising. The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site.

This site also uses performance cookies through the use analysis service "Google Analytics 4", in order to perform statistical surveys. Google Analytics 4 is a free web analytics tool from Google that primarily allows website owners to understand how visitors interact with their websites. It also sets cookies on the domain of the site you are visiting. Analytics uses a series of cookies to collect information anonymously and report website trends without identifying individual visitors.
